Saunas and steam baths
Saunas and steam baths

Bio sauna
The bio sauna, heated to a maximum of 65 °C, uses the special effects of colours and scents. Red: stimulating, yellow: relaxing, green: balancing, blue: reassuring. For optimum results, colour therapy should be complemented with fragrances, such as an invigorating lime scent.

Finnish sauna
In Finland, every home has an outdoor sauna. Its preventive and healing powers have been known there for a long time. This sauna typically has a high temperature – between 85 and 95 °C – with a relative humidity of 10 – 30 %. Classical natural aroma infusions with menthol or eucalyptus and fruit infusions stimulate the circulation to enhance the detoxification process, while treating the skin and respiratory system.

Ice grotto
After warming up in the sauna, cooling down is just what you need. Enjoy our arctic ice grotto. By rubbing your body with crushed ice, you stimulate your circulation and strengthen your immune system. This unique refreshing experience also tones the skin and improves your cardiovascular system.

Turkish steam bath
With a temperature of 45 °C and 100% humidity, the Turkish steam bath becomes an exceptionally therapeutic environment that reduces pain, relaxes the body and helps you to unwind. Deep breathing relieves sinus complaints, cold symptoms and allergies. Your entire metabolism and blood circulation are stimulated and your skin becomes particularly soft.

Brine grotto
The positive effects of a maritime climate, especially that of the Dead Sea, have long been medically proven to promote healing. In this brine grotto, finely dissolved sea salt is nebulized at regular intervals. Inhaling ionized atmospheric oxygen promotes oxygenation of the blood. Organs can perform their functions better, resulting in more efficient cell metabolism and energy production. Ionized air stabilizes and regenerates your body and helps restore your inner balance. Ideal for allergy sufferers.

Herbal steam bath
The combination of radiant heat and selected herbs makes the herbal steam bath a therapeutic environment for body and soul. Dried herbs produce a pleasant fragrance. Aroma molecules stimulate the brain’s limbic system, which is responsible for your moods and also influences your feelings.

Lanconium
A lanconium is a dry sauna that dates back to ancient Roman times. The Romans valued the excellent detoxifying and purifying properties of the lanconium – a therapy based on pure radiant heat. Your body is slowly heated at 65°C, and the detoxifying process is introduced gradually.
